Prepare: Apply to clean, dry skin. For an enhanced cooling effect, refrigerate the mask before use.

Apply: Unfold the mask and smooth it onto the face, aligning with your eyes, nose, and mouth. A second sheet is included for use on the neck or chest.

Technique: Gently press the mask flat to ensure full contact with the skin.

Frequency: Leave on for up to 20 minutes. Remove and gently press any remaining essence into the skin. Do not rinse. Follow with a moisturizer if needed.
